Q. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A. For unregistered users just send an email message, using the Contact Us form, while registered users can do this by logging into their Accounts. If you want, please provide us also the reasons of your choice. You will be contacted for a further confirmation to avoid an accidental and unwanted deletion of your Newsletter subsciption.Top
Q. How do I delete my User Account?
A. Send an email message, using the Contact Us form, requesting the removal of the website Account. Of course this involves temporarily disabling and subsequent cancellation of any data associated with deleted user (orders, receipts, shipments,...). If you want, please provide us also the reasons of your choice. You will be contacted for a further confirmation to avoid an accidental and unwanted deletion of your account. Top
Q. How can I tell if my order is secure?
A. WISHYOURGIFT uses an e-commerce software that includes the best information encryption techniques according to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol; hence all personal information and credit card data are submitted by Internet without being accessible to indiscreet eyes. When data are sent and received in a connection to an SSL secure server, masks are displayed that indicate that secure areas have been reached (an icon at the bottom of your SSL-capable browser will show a "locked" padlock or similar) where the page's address is characterised by the prefix https. Q. I can't find a specific product I'm looking for. Is it possible to special order it?
A. If you're looking for a specific product not currently offered in our store, we may be able to locate one for you. Please email us with the product details you're interested in and we'll see what we can do. We will email you an answer as soon as possible. Top
Q. How can I find a specific item?
A. No matter what page you're on in our Web site, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you're looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop or to access our Site Map. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, etc. into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page (or use the Advanced Search link, at the bottom section of every page). You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories on the top of every page(i.e. Gift ideas & gadgets, Hobby equipments, etc). Or you can click on the Site Map appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories or of all Products to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you're interested in. Top
Q. How do I send items to multiple addresses?
A. Once you've filled your cart and you want to proceed to the Checkout, please use the "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" link. Top
Q. What does it means if a product is backordered?
A. If a product is backordered means that you may purchase this item now, but it is temporarily out of stock. There may be a short wait before it can ship. If you want more information about the delivery time required you have to contact us. Top
Q. How do I place an Order?
A. It's so easy and safe. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button will take you to a Sign In page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with WISHYOURGIFT, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you're all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An e-mail version of this summary will be sent promptly. Top
Q. What are the average timeframe for processing an order?
A. Once we receive payment confirmation we can proceed with the order and the shipment. If it's a first purchase, the payment confirmation could take more time because of security checks. In cases of the festivities, the order could be executed the first following working day. If any problem arises, not due to the WISHYOURGIFT staff, we will inform you of any possible delays. Top
Q. Do I have to pay a customs duty for the ordered goods?
A. After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we have no way of predicting charges for duties and taxes, as they differ from country to country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. Top
Q. What is the Wishlist?
A. The Wishlist allows you to collect the products you want to monitor for future purchases or just to say to your friends what you like to receive as a gift! You can find it easly by logging in to avoid loose time searching in the entire catalog the products of your interest. To add a product in the Wishlist you must be registered: go to the Product and you will find a link: "Wishlist". From your personal account you can review all the products included in the Wishlist, eliminate and/or add to cart. Clicking on the button "Share Wishlist", you can send to whomever the goods selected. Top
Q. Why the products added in my cart aren't there after 30 minutes of inactivity?
A. The products added to cart will automatically delete after 30 minutes when you're not logged in with your personal Account. To remedy this incoveniente simply register to the site. Registration is free. Top
Q. Why do some e-mail received from WISHYOURGIFT are not in my language?
A. Due to accounting reasons, some e-mail sent by WISHYORGIFT may be in English language. For any clarification or information, please contact us by sending an email message using the form in the Contact Us page. Top
Q. What it does create an Account?
Creating an Account allows you to be recognized by the system and to access to your personal area of the site from which you can:
  • - Display promotions reserved for registered users only
  • - View the historical orders sent
  • - Check real-time shipping status of orders sent
  • - Change your registration data.
By registering, you can:
  • - Create a wishlist to collect the products you want to monitor for future purchases
  • - Write a review for products
  • - Order more quickly, saving the shipping addresses
