Warm use - put in oven to 150° for 8/10 minutes or in a microwave to 700W for 1 minute.
CAUTION: is better to check the temperature before using with children.
When warm, it has a calming effect in cases of muscle tension, neck pain, back pain, abdominal cramps, sleep disturbances, menstrual pain, headaches from tension.
Cold use - keep in freezer 2 hours at least.
